As a naturally compassionate individual, I found myself consistently being the anchor for friends navigating through life's complexities. I became the trusted confidante, offering a supportive presence and actively listening without imposing my own judgments. My calming nature provided a sense of safety and support, creating a space for others to share their experiences.
While envisioning a full-time role as a conventional talking therapist didn't quite resonate with me, I found profound interest in Hypnotherapy and Meditation. These practices, with their gentle yet transformative impact on the human body, fascinated me deeply.
A few years after, my journey took a turn into the realm of Somatic Bodywork. While the immediate impact of Meditation and Hypnotherapy was apparent, it was the depth of awareness and liberation offered by Somatic therapy that truly captivated me. Completing my training with the esteemed InnerCamp school in Munich, I officially embarked on my mission to guide individuals through the transformative process of release, healing, and internal balance.
Outside the realm of spiritual exploration, you'll often find me embracing an active lifestyle. Dancing and staying fit are my go-to outlets for self-expression and balance. I'm all about trying new things, seeking out fresh experiences that keep life exciting. I've chosen a path of abstinence from drinking, opting instead for a diet that revolves around healthy, nourishing meals. It's in these simple, everyday choices that I find fulfilment, supporting my well-being alongside the transformative work I love.
